For more than 15 years, American Classic Homes Co-founder Michael Gladstein has cultivated a successful career in the residential construction and development industry in the greater Seattle area. Michael has managed dozens of residential developments in East King County, with responsibilities ranging from site selection to permitting, home design, construction and sales. He is a detailed-oriented, hands-on manager who visits jobsites daily.

Joel Mezistrano oversees finance, accounting, technology, and multi-family acquisitions at American Class Homes. He brings experience both as a business executive and real estate investor.

Joel graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics. Beginning his career as a consultant with Accenture, Joel moved on to be a software executive at several successful startup software companies through periods of rapid growth. Joel’s specialty is business process automation and spent a significant amount of time in the banking and finance industry.
